How many “extremist Christians” have beheaded a “moderate Muslim”?

Looks like there is an epidemic if we consider the new drama by BBC1. Of course, no BBC drama will ever consider the existence of an actual campaign of religious cleansing against Christians in Muslim countries. Of course, the actors taking part in that play are not going to suffer from death threats from “Christian extremists” and in case they were, there would be social uproar against it.
