By the way, the Chinese Olympic gymnasts whose age was disputed, has been confirmed as legitimate. Well, not soo quickly:
However, the gymnastics federation says it continues to investigate the ages of Chinese gymnasts who competed in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, particularly Dong Fangxiao and Yang Yun.
The federation says the explanations and evidence provided so far to verify the girls’ ages are not satisfactory.
So were they or weren’t they old enough to compete?

Don’t know… but this is tragic… all of it. It’s really children’s exploitation. It has been a crime in itself that they were allowed to organize the Olympic Games.
And if any of them are hurt in those training sessions, I don’t know if they would have any kind of compensation…
