Islamist violence in Sydney goes unreported (UPDATED)
In a part of Sydney known as ‘Little Lebanon’, two Mormon missionaries who were walking to their apartment when one was hit from behind (unprovoked) and then ‘dog-piled’ by a gang of Muslim men who then proceeded to start stabbing him. When his friend tried to intervene and help him, the intervening friend was stabbed harder and more furiously than the first. Both of the men are in a serious condition in hospital. Over at Topix, a group of equally dangerous thugs in the commentary think it’s great and that the missionaries deserved it (assuming the missionaries to be a type of Christian). Whether or not you’re a Mormon (and I’m not), you’ve got to admit that the calloused hatred out there towards two peaceful individuals attacked from behind is just as bad as the violent actions of the gang themselves.

Australia: Islamist terrorists convicted
Something rather refreshing:
A Muslim cleric and five of his followers have been convicted of belonging to a terrorist group which allegedly planned attacks in Australia.
A jury in Melbourne found Abdul Nacer Benbrika guilty of leading the group. The group was accused of planning to stage “violent jihad”, targeting the prime minister and major sports events. Four other men were acquitted.
Charges are pending against two others, in what is being described as Australia’s biggest ever terrorism trial.
During the long-running trial, prosecutors had argued that the group planned to attack an Australian rules football final that attracts nearly 100,000 people every year in Melbourne.
The men were also accused of plotting to assassinate former Prime Minister John Howard, who had authorised the deployment of Australian troops to Iraq and Afghanistan.

They were peaceful guys, with a lot of respect for fellow infidel countrymen…
“Legalise polygamy”
The petition (demand…) has been issued by the leader of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Indonesia. But for Australia:
Polygamy “should be accepted”, he said. “If you believe in what you call human rights and freedom of expression, then it must be allowed. If someone wants to marry and take responsibility for a woman, why wouldn’t you let them?”
Of course, some idiot in internet has even defended the right to choose to be a slave, something not reasonable because later you don’t have liberty to end your slaveness. Yes, I believe in Human Rights and Freedom of Expression but I also believe in E-Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y between men and women. And I don’t believe polygamy is the best way to defend it.
Hibz ut-Tahrir asked for the coming of the Global Caliphate last summer and also incited war on Western countries. Among other things, the group posted hard-line propaganda on Youtube.
